Delivery is free of charge as long as the total catering order exceeds $50 within Monash University Clayton Campus. Please enquire for other areas.
- Short Notice Orders
Our customer service team members will make every effort to assist you with short notice orders. We appreciate that you may not always be notified in advance of forthcoming functions, we will do our best to help.

As part of our service, we aim to make your things as easy as possible by providing various ordering and quotation options. These include:
- Fast telephone ordering with our customer service team members
- 24 hours ordering and requests for quotations via email
- 24 hours ordering and usage of quotation requests via our website
- 24 hours ordering and requests for quotations via facsimile

All prices are inclusive of G.S.T
- Payments
Once you have placed your very first order, your account will automatically be activated. Payment terms are 30 days. For your convenience, we accept the following methods of payment:
- company cheque
- cash on delivery
- all major credit cards:
- VISA
- Mastercard
- American Express (AMEX)
- Diners
- Corporate Card
Please note that a 3% surcharge applies to AMEX and DINERS cards.
- Cancellations
Cancellations or postponed orders must be confirmed by 5:00 pm a day prior to the delivery date. For orders over 25 persons or over $500, cancellations or postponed orders must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the delivery date.
- Cancellation fee may apply
Unreturned Equipment
Unreturned platters or other equipment will incur a cost.
- Room Hire
Room Hire is not included. Our Customer Service Team Member can assist you in arranging a venue.
- Service Staff
Service Staff is not included. Please enquire with our Customer Service Team Member.
- Tableware
Tableware, glassware, disposable plates, crockery, etc are not included.
